Suggestion Therapy
at the Huddersfield and Manchester Hypnotherapy Clinic
Suggestion therapy (also known as "clinical hypnosis")
is a combination of hypnosis and positive hypnotic suggestion
and is most commonly used to treat so-called minor conditions
such as stopping smoking, fear of flying, exam nerves, and so
on. Symptoms such as fear of objects or situations are in fact
forms of anxiety expression and suggestion therapy offers a quick
solution to such problems - it does not however offer a permanent
cure from the underlying anxiety that caused the symptoms in the
first place.
At the Huddersfield Hypnotherapy Clinic (Yorkshire, UK) and the Manchester Hypnotherapy clinic (Greater Manchester, UK) I use suggestion therapy
with people who seek a necessary quick fix and do not have the
time to invest to allow themselves to be truly free from the underlying
emotional causes of their symptoms. For example, a client who
has an acute fear of flying who is going on holiday in a week
or so, will find great relief in receiving a single session of
suggestion therapy from me and to allow for a pleasant flight
abroad. Such clients often wish to return for Pure Hypnoanalytical
therapy to gain immense insight into themselves and be permanently
free from locked up emotions and anxiety for the rest of their
lives.
By releasing bottled up emotions and anxiety, clients commonly
find that they have a whole new lease of life, and a deep sense
of things moving forward effortlessly in their lives. Any sense
of being 'held back' or life seeming difficult simply melts away
once hypnoanalytical therapy in completed (in about 6 to 8 sessions).
Please feel free to get
in touch with me at the Huddersfield Hypnotherapy Clinic or the Manchester
Hypnotherapy Clinic (UK) whenever you wish and we can arrange a no
obligation free consultation
so that I may understand your needs further and explain how I
will be able to help you.
